Silver Care Instructions:
We recommend keeping your Sterling Silver jewelry looking shiny and beautiful by using a Sterling Silver polish cloth. Please do not dip any of our jewelry in silver cleaning solution, as it will ruin our special antique finish. To prevent tarnishing, it is best to keep your Sterling Silver stored in a sealed plastic bag. If you are interested in purchasing our Bluemoonstone Creations Polish Cloth or Mini Polish Cloth, it can be added to your order at checkout.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the jewelry, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and return items within 14 days of purchase in new condition, in the original packaging, with a copy of your invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not be responsible for damaged or uninsured returns.

Our Fair Trade Commitment:
After Bluemoonstone Creations designer, Pamela Forman designs her new collections in the US, she spends time in Bali, Indonesia, working closely with skilled artisans in the handcrafting of all of her pieces. Our wonderful production facility, in Bali, focuses intensely on the development and social welfare of their employees. All managers are promoted from within the company, and staff with potential, are offered opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibilities. Fifty percent of the managers are women, and there is zero tolerance for sexual harassment in the workplace.
On average, our silversmiths in Bali earn double the government minimum wage and the highest performers make double the salary of a graduating doctor. The standard work week is 40 hours and all artisans receive an extra month’s bonus each year and food allowances for lunches. The company provides healthcare, with a doctor on call for staff medical needs. Expectant mothers receive education about prenatal care, three months paid maternity leave or six months on half pay and full hospital coverage. Other benefits include life insurance, pension fund contributions and 25 paid days off for vacation and religious holidays.
Fair Trade certified? Most official Fair Trade organizations are set up to monitor worker collectives and don’t have a way to accommodate private companies with a strong interest in the social welfare of their employees. However, we believe the benefits enjoyed by our Balinese production artisans far exceed ordinary Fair Trade standards. We have a close family-like relationship with everyone there and feel thrilled about helping them better their lives, while we are exuberantly grateful for the amazing quality work they provide to us.
