Bluemoonstone Creations Jewelry Designer and owner, Pamela Forman, graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA, and currently lives in Providence, RI, where she’s been designing jewelry for 21 years. Always fascinated by the intricate design work of the Balinese, along with her passion for yoga, she made her first journey to the magical land of Bali in 2008. This transforming experience, immersed in the Balinese culture combined with her lifelong love of Moonstones, inspired her to design her unique line of gemstone jewelry, and in 2012, she launched Bluemoonstone Creations. She now travels to Bali regularly to work closely with highly skilled artisans, who handcraft her designs from her detailed renderings. Pamela’s collection has expanded to over 180 Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil pieces and she has shipped her jewelry internationally to 27 countries around the world. She also has hosted over 230 Trunk Shows at Bloomingdale’s has exhibited at many art festivals in the Northeast. In 2020, she was nominated and won the Joseph G.E. Knight Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence.
Each one of Pamela’s pieces is carefully and completely handmade, including the high quality chains, giving them a rich, dramatic, one of a kind essence. Her detailed bohemian style, combined with a rare blend of Victorian charm, is enhanced by luminous high quality Rainbow Moonstones and other semi-precious gemstones from India and the Baltic Region, naturally infused with beneficial healing properties to enlighten the spirit, bringing harmony, balance, love and protection. Most of all, each piece is meant to create a personal self expression, to adorn the body and radiate beauty.
