Shipping Information:

Each Sterling Silver & 18K Gold Vermeil piece is individually packaged in our black Bluemoonstone Creations gift box with a description card about the meaning of the gemstones and a brief bio of Jewelry Designer, Pamela Forman.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped insured by USPS or DHL Express.

United States Domestic Orders:

All US orders $250 and over receive free USPS Priority Shipping. US orders under $250 have a flat rate of $10 for USPS Priority Shipping. Expedited USPS Priority Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $30.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped insured by USPS Priority International for a flat rate of $35 to Canada and $48 to everywhere else. For the fastest and most reliable delivery, we offer DHL Express Shipping as an upgrade for a flat rate of $60.
International orders may be subject to additional duty fees imposed by each country. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the value of the package. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees and we have no control over them.

Return Policy:

We take pride in the high quality of our jewelry and want you to be satisfied.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the jewelry, please contact us right away and return items within 14 days of purchase in new condition, unworn, in the original packaging, with a copy of your invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not be responsible for damaged or uninsured returns. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

To request a return after 14 days, please contact us. Approved items in new condition, unworn, and in the original packaging may be returned for credit toward your next purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not be responsible for damaged or uninsured returns. Return requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind that slight variations in the silversmith work and semi-precious gemstones are characteristic of the hand-craftsmanship of the jewelry, which makes each piece beautifully unique.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, please contact us and return items within 14 days of purchase in new condition, unworn, in the original packaging, with a copy of your invoice. We will not be responsible for damaged or uninsured returns. Once we receive the return, we will send your replacement order with no additional shipping costs or issue a credit toward your next purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. Please note that there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. 

Gift Returns:

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item was purchased as a gift, and you are the giver, we will send you a refund, unless an exchange is requested.

Shipping Returns:

We will provide the address to ship your return when you contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended to make sure that we will receive your returned item.

Repairs:

We take pride in the high quality of our jewelry and want you to be satisfied. We offer a 60-day warranty from the original purchase date. If something needs to be repaired, we will replace or repair the item at no cost. After 60 days and within a year, if something needs to be repaired, please contact us and we will assess the situation.
