Yes, we sell all of our pendants on chains, but if you are interested in purchasing a pendant without the chain, please contact us and we can let you know the price and how to purchase it.

We have done our best to keep our prices as low and affordable as possible while sustaining our business. We do not discount our prices, but we are happy to offer a layaway plan. Please contact us for the details. Please also check out our Clearance Sale where there are many pieces at discounted prices.

A Rainbow Moonstone is a form of transparent Labradorite feldspar mineral with adularescence and orthoclase inclusions. The luminous semi-precious gemstone has been used in jewelry making since the ancient civilizations of the Greeks and Romans. During the early 20th century, Moonstones had a revival in Art Nouveau jewelry design. Bluemoonstone Creations takes pride in sourcing only the finest Rainbow Moonstone gemstones in India, ensuring their authenticity and brilliance.

Gold Vermeil is thick gold plating on top of Sterling Silver. While solid gold jewelry is extremely expensive, Gold Vermeil offers the same rich look at a fraction of the cost and still contains all precious metals. It is hypoallergenic, so those with metal allergies can safely wear our pieces. Since the gold plating in Vermeil is much thicker than gold-plated jewelry, the gold lasts much longer.

While the U.S. requires 2.5 microns of gold plating on Sterling Silver for Vermeil, at Bluemoonstone Creations, we go above and beyond the minimum requirements and use 3-4 microns of 18K Gold over .925 Sterling Silver on our pieces.

No, at Bluemoonstone Creations, we use the highest quality .925 Sterling Silver, which does NOT contain nickel. Our gold jewelry is 18K Gold plated over Sterling Silver. Since nickel is the cause of most skin allergies, our jewelry should be safe for everyone.

Jewelry Care:
To avoid tarnishing, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from chemicals like bleach, chlorine, makeup, lotion, and sulfur, and removing your jewelry before taking a shower or swimming.

Sterling Silver Care:
To keep your Sterling Silver shiny and beautiful, gently buff it with a Sterling Silver polish cloth as needed. Liquid or dip jewelry cleaner should NOT be used, as it can damage the finish and oxidation. Storing your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag in a dry place will slow the tarnishing process. If you are interested in purchasing our Bluemoonstone Creations Polish Cloth or Mini Polish Cloth, they can be added to your order at checkout.

18K Gold Vermeil Care:
To clean your 18K Gold Vermeil jewelry, gently wash it in a bath of warm water with mild dish soap. Rinse it and pat dry. Avoid using a Sterling Silver polish cloth, and for the best protection, keep your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag.

Gemstone Care:
If needed, use room-temperature tap water, mild soap, and a soft cloth to retain the luster of the gemstone. Avoid polishing the gemstones with a Sterling Silver cloth.

Since we are focused on creating our own designs and have over 170 pieces in our collection, we do not do custom design work. However, if you have a simple request or are interested in one of our necklaces on a longer chain, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Unfortunately, we can not separate our earring pairs since the stones are matched and we would not be able to sell the remaining single.

All orders are shipped insured, within 1-2 business days and we will send you the tracking number.

Domestic Orders:
• Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and are scheduled to arrive within 2-4 business days for a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $250.

• FREE USPS Priority Shipping for all orders $250 and over.

• For faster delivery we offer USPS Priority Express Shipping, scheduled to arrive within 1-2 business days for a flat rate of $30.

International Orders:
• Canadian orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail-Canada are are scheduled to arrive within 6-10 business days for a flat rate of $35.

• All other International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail-International and are scheduled to arrive within 6-10 business days for a flat rate of $48

• For expedited International shipping, we offer DHL Express, scheduled to arrive within 3-7 business days for a flat rate of $60.

• International orders may be subject to additional duty fees imposed by their country. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the value of the package.

Yes! All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority International or DHL Express. For the fastest and most reliable delivery, DHL Express Shipping is available as an upgrade. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the jewelry, please contact us right away and return items within 14 days of purchase in new condition, unworn, in the original packaging, with a copy of your invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not be responsible for damaged or uninsured returns. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
